NADA Convention & Expo

Once again Auto/Mate shared the Aloha spirit in our booth at the NADA Convention & Expo in New Orleans, LA. The Hawaiian vibe fits well with our culture and represents how we do business differently. Not in a laid back way, but in the welcoming and warm way we treat all of our customers. Apparently they appreciate us too, because Auto/Mate received a ‘Top Rated’ DMS award from Driving Sales! This makes the fifth year in a row we have been recognized.
One of the main takeaways from visitors to our booth this year is that dealers aren’t happy about being charged exorbitant third-party integration fees by other DMS vendors. When they visit Auto/Mate we are happy to tell them about Open/Mate, our third-party vendor integration program. We charge a nominal integration fee to other vendors and the process is fast, inexpensive and easy. This provides dealers with more vendor choices and they don’t have to worry about being charged outrageous fees.
