To All Auto/Mate Users:
As I am sure you are aware there is a “small” storm bearing down on the entire northeast section of the country. Auto/Mate’s headquarters is located in upstate New York and will probably be somewhat affected by the storm. We have emergency power so our support lines will be operational.
For Our East Coast Customers:
If you have a server in-house and are using our BackUp/Mate module, your data is safe offsite in the event that your computer room floods. If you are not using BackUp/Mate (i.e. still using backup tapes), please ensure that your last backup is offsite and not in your dealership.
If you get in a situation where your server is damaged, be advised that we have an inventory of servers to handle that situation. Call our support lines (800-371-3970) and we will get one on its way to you.
For Our ASP Customers (No Server In-House):
As long as you have a working internet connection to your dealership, you should be fine. Our ASP servers are housed in hosted facilities that have full emergency backup with redundant capabilities. The ASP servers are not located at Auto/Mate headquarters, but are in secure, hardened facilities.
