At Auto/Mate we provide world-class customer service to both our customers and fellow employees, and we only hire people who share in that mindset. In order for our support staff to deliver this level of service, they’re required to have real dealership experience. They’ve been in our customer’s shoes, sat at our customer’s desks, and understand firsthand the challenges they face on a daily basis. Our experiences help us understand the urgency of our customer’s requests and enable us to provide expert advice when solving them. We go above and beyond because we have the opportunity to deliver the type of service we wish we’d received from other DMS vendors.
