If you or one of your team members are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another team member. Please provide written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the name, dealership and email registration that you are switching out, along with the new name, dealership and email for the person that you will be transferring to by Sept. 8, 2017.
If you are unable to attend and cannot find a team member to transfer registration to, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Fully refundable registration fee if cancelled by Sept. 8, 2017.
Non-refundable registration fee if cancelled after Sept. 8, 2017. This is to help cover the costs of event materials ordered and event details that have already been arranged.
*Each attendee should be covered under their own registration. Please make sure that each person from your company is individually registered for this event.. Each person must be registered with their own email address in order to get email confirmations. If you try to register multiple people with the same email address, the registration will not go through.
