Your company name will be listed in our post-show press release that will be posted on our website and distributed to industry media contacts and on social media platforms.

Raffle Prize Donation: $100+ Value

Sponsorship required in order to donate a raffle prize. Raffle prize item must have a minimum value of $100. If interested in donating a raffle prize, please confirm by September 14, 2020.

*The exhibitor raffle prize item must be an actual item with at least at $100 value and cannot be the exhibitors product or service. If the raffle prize item requires shipping to the winner, the exhibitor is responsible for attending the Parting words and Prizes session on Friday and must coordinate the shipping and cover the shipping cost to get the item from the event hotel to the customer. Also, all exhibitor raffle prizes should be provided to the event registration staff during check in to be displayed at the raffle prize table. Raffle prize winners will be chosen at random from the customers who have completed their exhibitor raffle prize game cards and are present at the Parting Words and Prizes session on Friday. Exhibitors are not allowed to pick their own raffle prize winners at their table.

Goodie Bag Promo Items & Marketing Literature:
