The Parts Invoicing & Inventory Control System is a complete, online, point-of-sale system specifically designed for automobile dealers. The major purpose of the system is to have the right part in the right quantity at the right time while minimizing the investment in inventory. Online workstations located at the parts counter allow immediate access to inventory and customer information stored on the system and is used for processing all sales and repair order transactions.

As parts are sold, the system automatically computes and prints the sales invoice, records the transaction for processing by the Dealer Accounting System and adjusts the on-hand quantity and sales history for that part.
