Auto/Mate Delaership System's Credit Bureau Interface Software Module provides a low-cost add-on to the Auto/Mate Finance & Insurance system to deliver an efficient way to obtain real-time credit reports online from any of the three major credit reporting agencies (TRW, Trans Union, and CBI/Equifax).
Using any terminal, dealership F&I personnel simply fill in a form on the screen with essential data to identify the prospective buyer. The program will then automatically communicate securely with the credit bureau and quickly obtain the customer's credit report. The report is displayed on the screen and available to be printed on an ordinary office printer.
Please Note: This system requires the dealership to contract with one or more of the credit bureaus for their services and an outside phone line with a modem must be dedicated for this function.
