The Payroll System is a complete in-house payroll system designed to maintain employee payroll
records, calculate and print payroll checks, and produce the necessary reports, including IRS 941 and W2 forms, to automate the payroll processing function. The system provides for salaried and hourly employees and processes up to 99 types of earnings. In addition to the usual standard deductions, e.g. federal withholding, FICA, etc., the system also automatically processes up to three state and local taxes and up to eight special deductions for any one employee.
