Like many dealership people I’ve had a lot of different roles. I started in 1991 as a cashier and through the years I trained and transitioned into my final role as a Service Manager. I used my years as warranty administrator & service advisor to prepare myself to be a manager. I’ve taken that 20+ years of experience and applied it to my training here at Auto/Mate. I know what our customers need because I’ve sat in their seat. I don’t only offer support, I offer understanding.
