How it works . . .
The service advisor can instantly access the customer's service history record by entering the vehicle ID number when the customer calls or arrives at the service counter.
The service history will display customer information, including vehicle description, delivery date, information on last service visit, and more, by simply entering a Vehicle ID number on a terminal located in the write up area. The complete service history of the car, recommended maintenance and repair order can be displayed and printed out on-demand.
When service or maintenance are completed and this information is entered into the system. The repair invoice is automatically computed and printed. The service history is simultaneously updated and transactions are automatically entered into the accounting system.
