What I do:
I work directly with our programming and client support teams to develop, deploy and support solutions that Auto/Mate builds on when offering our system to new car dealership clients. I am the technical advisor to, and work directly with, our systems support team to quickly solve our dealer’s hardware and network issues. I work closely with our clients, and our sales and installation teams to insure that the system that we install meets our dealer’s infrastructure and DCS communication requirements. I participate in STAR Group meetings on Dealership Infrastructure Standards thus ensuring that Auto/Mate provides a technical solution that meets STAR requirements. I apply my knowledge daily to ensure that Auto/Mate is meeting the needs of our dealers.

I have an information technology background that spans an 18 year period. In that time, I have held positions as a software developer, system administrator, system engineer and system support manager.

What I do:
My principal roll at Auto/Mate is to lead a team of Software Architects to develop and maintain DCS integration projects with OEMs and Third Party providers. I am Auto/Mate's primary point of contact for the STAR organization and am responsible for participating in STAR meetings thus ensuring that Auto/Mate is providing the latest STAR standards to our customers.

What I do:
I am responsible for the programming groups that include maintenance and support, research and new product development, dealer communications (DCS) and systems. Other responsibilities include overseeing software releases and third party integrations. I work directly with all managers at Auto/Mate to insure that the development and support groups are proceeding in a direction that best suits the Auto/Mate customer base.
Professional Experience:
I have worked in the healthcare industry as a senior analyst and in research and development at a large area hospital for over 6 years, and a small healthcare service company for 2 years. Additionally I was employed as a programmer/analyst working in textile industry at Cluett, Peabody and Company for 6 years.
