Auto/Mate Completes Kia Motors Service System Integration

CLIFTON PARK, NY (August 18, 2008) – Auto/Mate Dealership Systems (www.automate.com) announced today it has completed integration of its Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) with Kia Motors America’s (KMA) web-based dealer service system. The system integration allows Kia retailers to electronically transmit warranty claims, new vehicle delivery information and parts orders/parts returns data directly from AMPS to KMA. It streamlines communications between the dealership and OEM, insures complete and accurate data is submitted to the manufacturer, and saves dealers valuable administrative time.
