AutoMate's
Dealership Accounts Payable System provides
complete, automated accounts payable functionality from receipt of invoices through vendor payments, including check
writing ability. Online inquiry capability allow dealership management staff immediate access to any vendor
account, including individual invoices and payments.
Each invoice can be portioned into several General
Ledger accounts and a G/L summary distribution can be printed for immediate management information. The A/P System
automatically pays all invoices according to due date (with automatic discount calculations), or only those
specifically selected by the dealer.
To assist in payment decisions, Auto/Mate provides detailed cash
requirement reports for any given period as well as a listing of all payments to be made allows the dealer to review
every payment and make any changes before the checks are printed by the computer.
