Clifton Park, New York (May 29, 2007) - Auto/Mate Dealership Systems, ranked the highest for overall customer satisfaction in the last three NADA surveys, announced today that its Customer/Mate CRM system has achieved certification status from GM OneSource. GM OneSource is the lead management service that General Motors uses to electronically deliver leads to its dealers.

Auto/Mate customers will benefit from receiving leads that are processed through the OEM portal and instantly delivered to GM dealers. Customer/Mate’s integration with GM OneSource allows a dealership’s sales force to efficiently follow-up on all Internet based leads being transmitted to the dealership.

GM OneSource is an electronic hub that collects leads generated by GM divisional web sites, the GM Certified Internet web site (formerly BuyPower), GM Handraiser leads, third-party Internet leads and other sources. Prospect information is transmitted from OneSource directly into the Customer/Mate CRM system, streamlining the lead management process.
